Interior Concepts

colin mills contracts ltd are pleased to offer a free site visit and free design scheme to qualifying clients. We then discuss your requirements in detail, enabling us to produce an interior design concept featuring sample boards and detailed plans culminating with a comprehensive fixed price quotation.

On larger projects, together with our attractive sample boards and floor plans, we use state-of-the-art 3D modelling process which allows the Client to complexly visualise the finished project.

This exciting technology allows us to make changes and refinements at an earlier stage, thus avoiding costly mistakes later in the contract.

We also offer this 3D modelling service to architects and designers at a very competitive cost.

Scope of Work

colin mills contracts ltd undertake all works from contract furnishing to bar and pub, social club and sports club refurbishment and full fitting out of new premises.

We undertake all drawing works, submissions to local authorities for planning and building regulation approval, through to the completed contract!

We have worked on numerous CIU and Non-Affiliated Clubs throughout the UK and welcome your enquiries.

We also welcome enquiries for modernising toilets to comply with the “Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995", however, we can only offer this service if other refurbishment work is carried out at the same time.
