Despite the current financial climate, many licensed premises, especially sports and social clubs, have taken the initiative and have raised funding for upgrading or providing new premises by selling unused land that they own.

In the last 18 months, we have designed and fitted out the interiors of five new clubs, the largest being Daventry WMC at a cost of £200,000. Their takings have doubled since June 2008 and the amount of members has increased by over 500.

Other such success stories are Gateshead Railway Club, Harton and Westoe Miners Welfare, Blackburn Railway Club and Jack Hatfield Sports Club in Middlesbrough. We could soon be adding your club's name to the list!
